It’s our aim to install electric vehicle chargers on every new Bellway home, but due to a small number of cases where there are restrictions in planning or parking amenities on certain developments, it won’t always be possible.
To check whether your new Bellway home will have an electric vehicle charging point, just have a chat with your sales advisor who will be able to confirm this for you.
It’ll depend on your individual property, but your home electric vehicle charging point will always be placed in the location that’s most accessible and easy for you to use. Ask your sales advisor to show you where your charging point will be installed.

The amount you’ll pay to charge up your car at home depends on the specification and energy requirements of your vehicle, as well as the home energy tariff you’re signed up to.
You won’t have to pay the premium prices of public charging stations when you charge at home, and you can also save further by choosing an off-peak energy tariff and charging when prices are lower.
You can sleep soundly while your car’s charging overnight, because home electric vehicle charging units are fitted with automatic power balancing to make sure the electric load is safely managed.
