We work with an Intermediary Management Agent (IMA, for short), who will sort a valuation done by an independent estate agent – working around your schedule, of course.
The IMA works with the estate agent, who will market your home at an agreed price*. You’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way. No hassle, no estate agent fees to pay*. *T&Cs apply.
Once an offer is accepted on your old home, we’ll invite you to reserve one of our brand spanking new homes.
Just chat with a sales advisor, either in person at your selected development or over the phone, and they’ll get the ball rolling for you.
We work with estate agents local to you. We get valuations from two independent estate agencies, who will let us know what they think your home is worth.
We’re thorough, so you know you’ll be getting a fair price. We gather information about your home from the estate agents, like pictures and measurements. We’ll also look into the housing market in your area and the price of similar properties for sale.
This is the exciting bit. You can reserve your shiny, new home with us as soon as the sale of your current home is agreed. Pen-to-paper style, official official.
Once the paperwork is signed, you’re ready to reserve. Timings on completion, and getting the keys, vary depending on individual circumstance. From your buyer’s situation to the building stage of your new home.

This is where the independent estate agents come to take a look at your home. All business, no intrusion.
