In an independent survey conducted by the HBF more than 90% of Bellway customers said we’d get their recommendation, which earned us the coveted 5-star homebuilder award. That’s the ninth year in a row that we’ve done this. If we’re building homes worth bragging about, we know we’re doing something right.
We aren’t the only housebuilder out there, but we are the one with the ‘Large housebuilder of the year’ award. That’s worth shouting about, right?
Bellway scooped the trophy at the Housebuilder Awards 2025, and it’s the second time in three years we’ve gone home with it under our arm. On top of that, our Fielders Quarter West Circus community in Barking won the awards for ‘Best sustainability initiative’ and ‘Best design for four storeys or more’.
Exceptional health and safety standards on our sites are non-negotiable. We’re proud to say that many of our site managers receive awards from the NHBC every year in recognition of their commitments to health and safety.
